P.J. O'Rourke

The Democrats are the party that says government will make you smarter, taller, richer, and remove the crabgrass on your lawn. The Republicans are the party that says government doesn't work and then they get elected and prove it.

Dear Friends,

The "HSACoop team" is a group of dedicated, hard working, professionals working pro-bono because they are passionate about this project and the good it will do for this nation and for our fellow Americans. Every cent that you contribute to HSACoop will be used only for actual "hard expenses" (i.e to start the federal credit union, to apply to the SEC for the common investment fund, to purchase the online banking software, to start our own insurance company, infrastructure expenses, etc.) None will go to salaries. At this time, contributions are NOT tax-deductible; however, we are looking into becoming a nonprofit organization. Our target is one million members and our estimated start up cost are about $2 million, so please become a member, tell others about us, and contribute any amount you feel is appropriate. Help us "take back medicine" through this HSACoop ownership program and fulfill our motto of "healthcare of the people, by the people, for the people".
